We’re starting to contemplate veganism. I know, crazy, huh? Watch this and it will make you think. It’s really amazing that a plant based diet can help prevent ALL of the top 15 causes of death and treat over half of them! This presentation in this video by Dr. Michael Greger, M.D. is very informative, backed up by research and pretty funny too.
